Pre-death And Disability Transition
Once you turn the age of 50, it is highly recommended that you do pre-death and disability planning to assure your family of the stability of your practice and it’s value.
From the moment we bring a buyer and seller together, we begin to work closely with the seller and buyer on the transition process to ensure that it is smooth and successful for everyone involved.
We provide an opportunity for employers to meet an associate candidate through our job postings. You are free to review the positions posted or post a position wanted and we will put the parties in contact with each other. All identities remain confidential pending authorization by the respective parties. There is no fee charged for placement of an associate.
It is fortunate that today bank financing is widely available for both practice acquisitions and real estate purchases. It is a good idea to get PREQUALIFIED for your purchase in advance as many sellers will not entertain an offer without a pre-approval.
You should ask the lender if the credit pull is a ‘hard’ pull or a ‘soft pull’. A hard pull can negatively affect your credit score, whereas a soft pull on your credit will not.
