Jean is a frequent lecturer at dental schools and dental meetings. Her speaking engagements include Boston University Goldman Graduate School of Dentistry, University of Connecticut School of Dentistry, Harvard University School of Dentistry, Tufts University School of Dentistry, The Albany Dental Conference and The Yankee Dental Congress and Massachusetts Dental Society. She is also an author of dental practice transition articles including “You Too Can Fund a Pension Plan after Retirement” appearing in Dental Economics. She has also completed a series of nine educational workshops for varying stages of the dental transition entitled “Taking the Next Step”.

Jean is a graduate of Bryant College with a Bachelors in Finance and Insurance and an Associates in Real Estate, holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School, Cum Laude and a Masters in Tax Law from Boston University Graduate Law School.

Jean began her career at Price Coopers Waterhouse as a tax attorney and has concentrated in professional practice transitions for the past twenty-five years. She specializes in multi-person practices and partnership transactions which traditionally involve financial, tax, and insurance issues.

Member of Rhode Island Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, American Bar Association, Rhode Island Association of Life Underwriters, National Association of Life Underwriters, the Practice Valuation Study Group, Institute of Business Appraisers, and National Association of Practice Brokers.

Paul Fallago is a Broker Associate. Paul is an experienced practice appraiser and broker, a member of the Institute of International Business Brokers and Practice Valuation Study Group. He is also licensed to sell real estate and handles all aspects of your commercial real estate transaction. He works closely with the buyers in performing their due diligence and with the Sellers in the transition process. Paul has been with the Almonte Fallago Group since 2011.

Peter has more than 30 years of experience in the transition area and  is an attorney, practice valuation specialist, consultant, author, and lecturer. He has personally participated in over 1,000 practice transitions.

Amy Smith is the newest member of the Almonte Fallago Group Broker Team, preceded by by 30 years of experience in comprehensive dental practice management. In addition to comprehensive transition experience, she also advises clients who are considering buying or selling a practice 

Amy is a Florida resident and is licensed to sell real estate in Florida, she works closely with buyers and sellers in the transition process to ensure each purchase or sale is conducted with the goal of securing the best possible outcome for all parties. 

Amy is certified by the nationally known HR specialists Bent Erickson & Associates in the employer law compliance. She is a member and former board secretary of the prestigious Academy of Dental Management Consultants (ADMC). She is a audience favorite as a speaker on the state and national stage

Amy began her career as a dental hygienist, certified expanded functioning dental assistant, and office administrator. This prepared her for the transition into practice management, allowing her to use her skills in assisting Dentists with starting/growing and transitioning their practice.  

Dr. Fallago is a native of Rhode Island and currently operates a dental practice in Clinton Ct.  He also serves as a consultant to the Almonte Fallago Group to assist  buyers in finding the right practice based upon their objectives and their unique individual qualifications, having first hand experience in the entire process of becoming a first time practice owner.  He received a bachelors degree from Assumption College and a Masters in Medical Science degree from Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Fallago then went on to pursue a dental degree and  graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. After dental school, he attended NYU Lutheran's Advanced Education Residency Program in General Dentistry.

Dr. Fallago is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Rhode Island Dental Association and Connecticut Dental Association.
